Advanced Roofing Specialists' Worry-Free Maintenance Program
Advanced Roofing Specialists is now offering a roof maintenance program designed to keep your roof worries on our mind, not yours. Your roof will be visited throughout the year and checked for any problems.
This program covers minor roof repair, snow and / or ice removal, etc. It is intended to be a preventative maintenance program, not a roof replacement program. Advanced Roofing Specialists will alert you to problems concerning your roof, hopefully before they become major problems which can cause hundreds of dollars worth of interior damage to your home.
All Worry-Free Program customers will receive Preferred Customer Status. Storms happen. When they hit, your roof is taken care of as soon as possible, often on the very same day. Our Worry-Free Program includes two visits per year: one spring / summer visit and one fall / winter visit. Spring / summer visits include: a complete roof check, checking / replacement of pipe flashing, checking / replacement of vents, and replacement of missing shingles.* Fall / winter visits include: snow / ice dam removal from drip edges, valleys, and other necessary areas.
Prices vary, starting from $100 per year. Our Worry-Free Program is available for one, three, or five
